Knick Blast

Tonight the Blazers play the Knicks @ home tonight. Can't look past this team, but we should blow by the out manned Knicks, who suck on the road also. Would be a cool little win because right after the completion of this game the team boards a flight for Denver for a quick away game tomorrow night. Denver is reeling due to loss of coach George Karl and big man Kenyon Martin, they are losing in bunches. Look for the Blazers to keep moving up and this starting line up and rotation gets better eveyday.

Blazers top OKLA 92-87

Andre Miller was the man down the stretch. The Thunder creeped back in at the end but it seemed we had this all along. But the ending could have been much different had KDurant not gone cold in the 4th and missed his 3 point would be tying shot. As Durant went, so did it seem the Thunder followed suit. But that's what leaders do. Andre took that role down the stretch. Some key steals and defense and drives to the hole that kept us ahead. Aldridge had some key shots. All n all, this game was a must, a two for one. Nice job on the mini road trip and winning both games. One win dropped the Hornets out of the race. The other put us in a virtual tie for 6th in the Western Conference, a leap up from 8th @ the start of the game. Blazers might have finally figured a rotation w/all the injuries that works, and seems to be jelling right around playoff time. We may not be bounced in the 1st round now seems to be the newer opinion of this team. Keep it up Blazers!

A Lapse In Time, Zers Defeat OKLA!

As Boston the band quipped in a song,"It's Been Such A Long Time", it surely has since I posted to this blog. This blog and my "Bolts Blog" spawned what is now being done. And I was popular. I learned the hard way how corporations work, namely the now failing AOL. I did it for free for 3 yrs and was curbed for "professionals." After I built the base for free. What I found out was this. Less talented people will use you for a spring board and steal your ideas and shit, because you are nothing to them, although they tell you your great. The other thing I learned is the "pros" came in, they revamped and cooled up everything. We got an email saying thanks and later w/no warning after 3 yrs! If you pressed our link, it now brought you to their new site. Thieves.

Last but not least, when they pay, honest opinions go away. It's a form of censorship. Considered pro bloggers are already stripped down, dumbed down stat peeps anyway. I said whatever w/some eloquence and grit. Oh, and some profanity too w/real street humor. I am after all a street falafel vendor in Portland, OR so its just the real me. So I'm back @ near the end of the season because I'm excited and I don't care if anyone reads it. Mine is better than theirs, trust me. If you want Blazer REAL. And NBA real, you're here. Welcome me back by reading this and commenting. I also am a proud holder of 1 set of Blazer 1/2 season tickets, in the TAN section, we poor and we real way up there. Playoffs coming, get some humor and info here. Rekindling my "Bolts Blog" too. This blog was once picked 3rd best SONICS blog in the nation by deadspin.com. Couldn't root for the Sonics anymore after they were hijacked to cow town USA. I live in Portland so I moved my allegiance a little down south, that's all!

Nugs/Blazers Real Powder Blue Is In SD Numnuggets

The Blazers is playing huge like Maverick's, so are the Chargers

The Blazers are not yet elite, but they are playing close to that level in the NBA so far this season. I will try to do an entry a week as I have neglected my once popular blog. I was at the Roy 52 pts game against PHX. Ah, the 1/2 season tix pack, too cool. My one splurge to myself. It has been fun and a bunch of games are upcoming.

Tonight though it is the Blazers @ Denver, awesome! On regular TV too. And this cable less TV stud has the free conversion box, crystal clear. Why is that cool? Cuz Portland is covered in snow, lots of it. Very rare. Surreal actually. Wonder if tomorrows game here in Portland will be played. Airport is pretty much shut down. Someone told me the Blazers chartered a plane out of Eugene, OR and thats why they are in Denver. These are the teams battling for 1st along with the Jazz, like always!

I'm not a stat guy. Our team plays together and compliments one another. Sometimes its hard to watch. Can't quite put that nail in the coffin when needed. I'm not complaining. I like what I see. Chauncey Billups has made Denver a better team. Always like this game, it's a mild rivalry. It's on KGW8 in Portland tonight at 6pm. Check it out if your in the Portland area.
