It's stupid to even think of drug testing a guy during a game, even halftime...but come on. These guys know how intense the rules are about drug tests--and their union DID agree to this crap. How could you possibly forget that somebody wants you to pee in a cup for them?
I'm not saying Evans is a druggie or anything like that--just that maybe, knowing the policy, he needs to pay a little more attention to something the League thinks is this important.
As a side not, somebody tell Ray Allen to stop the whining. Things happen; you just shrug and move on, play your game. This excuse is at least creative--not like, "The refs screwed up" or "So many of our guys are injured" --but it's still just an excuse for a team not getting the job done.
