Seattle hosts I-5 rival Portland Sunday 6 pm. This one has lost alot of lustre this year. Both teams are weak. Portland is competing with the Knicks and gasp...the Bobcats for worst record in the NBA. Think I will watch this one on TV at the sports bar. Made alot of $$ this week. So I'll chill and root for the home team, the Sonics from my barstool in Portland. It used to be packed for Blazer games...now there is nobody. Kinda sad for a town rich in basketball tradition and hungry for a winner and being served a heaping helping of crap by Blazer management the last 3 yrs, even the loyalists are drying up. They WAY overannounce attendance. I will be in the Rose Garden for 2 games on the remaining schedule as this season drags on ploddingly for both teams. Next Friday April 7nth I will watch the Sonics here and on Tax Day, the 15nth I have tickets for the Blazers/Warriors game, Zach Randolph bobble head night, I'm soooooo excited...not really. But I always have fun at a game regardless. The Warriors game is a bicycle pub crawl to the Rose Garden from the SEast part of town. Should be fun and we will all have helmets and lights! Seattle should still easily take care of Portland but it is a fierce rivalry so ya never know. I'm a falafel pimp this week, mo' money, mo' problems...I hear ya Biggie! Big Ups to SE Portland, 7 corners yo...representin' with the "Falafel Mafia". OUT.
